The Tempranillo grape is from Spain so we thought the Spanish translation for dessert wine, "Vino de Postre", was a very fitting name. This port-style wine is made with our 2013 Tempranillo grapes with luscious aromas and flavors of cordial cherries, cassis liqueur and vanilla and finishing with subtle notes of chocolate.
Our Black Hat Tempranillo is the star of our mature red wines! Our winemakers battle to balance the glorious aromas and flavors of blackberries, cocoa and cherries that mingle with cedar, clove and dusty tannins leading to a silky finish.

Edgy yet smooth, Tatoo is our artistic expression of the Cabernet Franc grape. This is one of our most treasured varieties in the vineyard and deserves all the attention and admiration it receives. Our Cab Franc is a very elegant wine that pairs well with food. Vibrant aromas of cherries, cassis and mocha on the nose and a broad mouth-feel of ripe red fruit and chilies leads to a finish of white pepper and vanilla accents.
