This Estate grown Pinot Grigio was hand-picked five weeks after our regular Pinot Grigio resulting in concentrated sugars, flavors, and aromas. This small lot dessert wine was fermented on the skins of the Pinot Grigio grapes which are naturally colored and resulted in a pale copper hue. By harvesting late and fermenting on the skins we produced a rich and colorful dessert wine loaded with flavors of candied apricots, honeycomb and peaches and cream.
Dried apricot and super-ripe loquat mingle with white cherries and sage honey in its unique skin, fermented white wine. With bold structure and a lingering finish, it's a white wine that thinks it's a red!
The 2018 Rosé is a field blend of Syrah and Tempranillo that is blended with a touch of Cinsault. The new addition of Cinsault to our beautifully well-blanced Rosé has heightened the intensity of pink flavors and aromas.
In 2017, Scribner enhanced their range of wines by grafting over 10 new grape varieties. The new addition of the Sauvignon Blanc grape, a native to France, adds complexity with its appealing aromas of tropical fruit and its unique herbaceous quality.
Aromas of honeysuckle, wild daffodils, and orange blossoms leap from the grass while flavors of keylime, lemon custard, and fresh sweet apricot dance across the voluptuos palate.
A classic nose of orange and calamansi lime zest with hints of cardamon leads to quince, pineapple, and honey-crisp apple on the fleshy palate. Finishes with a citrus lift.
Our Sparkling Almond is a beautiful soft almond color that is accentuated by tiny bubbles. Enticing aromas of marzipan and vanilla wafers are followed by hints of toasted almonds.
