Yoga on the Bend
Summer getting too stressful? Looking for an escape? Yoga on the Bend may be the answer! If you’re brand new to yoga or are looking for a way to ease back into your practice, this class will develop your strength, flexibility, comfort level, and stamina as you challenge your body and mind.
Yoga Details
- Yoga on the Bend is open to all levels.
- There’s no set entry fee, but you can contribute with a personal donation of your choice (we suggest $5 or more).
- Don’t forget your mat and water, and arrive early to secure your spot—first come, first served.
- Class will be held every Sunday, July through August, 10:00-11:00 a.m.
- Class will take place underneath our event tent surrounded by Chardonnay vines.
