Need a fun & unique location to host a big anniversary celebration, a sweet baby shower, or an easy corporate retreat? Our outdoor reception tent is the perfect setting for all that and more! Our experienced and highly organized Events team will help you pull off whatever kind of event you are dreaming up, and Paesanos catering staff will keep your guests’ tastebuds happy.

March-November. Thursday-Sunday. Daytime or evening.

Daytime Events & Gatherings
Any and every occasion
Dress your day up or down—go as casual or formal as you like for your private event under our spacious tent. We’ll make sure your gathering is perfect with all the included details:
- Stunning 3,000 square foot event tent, bookended by a beautiful fountain and an outdoor fireplace with seating wall
- Backdrop of our iconic barn doors
- Regular check ins beforehand from our amazing Events Coordinator, who helps make sure all the pieces are in place for a superb day
- Wine glasses, round tables & chairs for dining, buffet tables, cocktail tables, wine barrels, and a barrel-top self-serve bar
- Access to the event tent for a full 5 hours, from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (timing includes your setup and break down of decorations)
- Manager on Duty for any questions, and SBV staff to set out tables and chairs for your event and remove trash

Evening Events & Gatherings
Private Evenings at the Vineyard
Looking to add a slightly more formal touch to your celebration? An evening event in the vines is the way to go. We’ve included all the necessary details to make the night go perfectly:
- Stunning 3,000 square foot event tent, bookended by a beautiful fountain and an outdoor fireplace with seating wall
- Specialty lighting, including gorgeous chandeliers under the tent
- Adjacent courtyard and dancefloor with space for a band or DJ
- Private, exclusive access to the winery grounds for the evening
- Regular check ins beforehand from our amazing Events Coordinator, who helps make sure all the pieces are in place for a superb event
- Wine glasses, round tables & chairs for dining, buffet tables, cocktail tables, wine barrels, and a barrel-top bar
- Access to the tent for a full 4 hours, from 5:00–9:00pm
- Full staff, with a Manager on Duty, trained & certified Bar Staff, Parking Attendants, and Event Staff to set up and break down tables and chairs
