Leading up to your wedding day

Regular check ins with our amazing Events Director, including a one-on-one Detail Appointment to discuss all wedding details and ensure all the pieces are in place before your wedding day

Assistance in curating a delicious menu with our exclusive in-house caterer Paesanos
Coordination of any additional rentals needed (linens, dishes, cutlery) by Paesanos’ highly organized Senior Event Coordinator

On your big day

Dedicated day-of Facilitator to coordinate with your vendors and personal set up team, send you down the aisle, and keep things rolling smoothly throughout the whole evening

You’ll appreciate these two options, each of which was created with an eye toward bringing to life the evening that you’re envisioning. Both packages include the following:

Winemaker’s choice of 4–6 SBV red and white wines
3 domestic house beers
Soda, diet soda, and bottled water

Add 8.75% tax and 20% service charge to all beverage pricing
Only SBV wines may be served on winery grounds
Consumption of beverages is onsite only—beverages do not leave the winery
There is a 100 guest minimum for Saturdays and a 75 guest minimum for Fridays and Sundays
Choosing a beverage package is required

Unlimited Beverage Package

When you choose this option, the beverages are just that—unlimited!

$27.95/person plus tax and service charge
Guests under 21—$8/person plus tax and service charge
Guests under 5 are free

Hosted Beverage Package

Want to reserve more of your budget for another part of your wedding? This option is the way for you.

$20/person, plus tax and service charge for all guests 6 years old and up
Guests under 5 are free
$200 bar set up fee

Please note: With this option, you are purchasing a finite amount of beverages for your wedding. If consumption exceeds the amount paid for, you then have the option of turning your bar into a cash bar or placing any additional beverages consumed on a credit card on file for your wedding.
