Leading up to your wedding day

Regular check ins with our amazing Events Team, including a one-on-one Venue Walkthrough to discuss all wedding details and ensure all the pieces are in place before your wedding day
Assistance in curating a delicious menu with our exclusive in-house caterer Acoustic Events
Coordination of any additional rentals needed (linens, dishes, cutlery) by Acoustic Events’ highly organized Senior Event Coordinator
Complimentary site access to the vineyard and winery grounds for engagement photos

On your big day

Dedicated Venue Lead to oversee vendor arrival, ensure venue is clean and set up, maintain safety, and remain in close contact with vendors and staff to resolve any issues smoothly.
Parking attendant to greet and direct your guests when they arrive
Trained and certified bar staff dedicated to serving your guests with hospitality and professionalism
60″ round tables for dining, enough 8′ & 6′ tables for a classic bridal party head table or a rustic sweetheart table, arranged per your requested lay out
Cocktail tables for cocktail hour and dancing, arranged per your requested lay out
Plenty of rustic wine barrels and barrel-top bars to display your cake / dessert bar, gifts, cards, and guest book, set up per your requested lay out
Classically colored folding chairs for your ceremony and reception—blonde wood and white cushions to go with every color scheme!
Private, exclusive access to the winery grounds for the evening
Private use of entire charming historical 1,800 square foot Bungalow from 9:30 AM to the end of the reception – tons of natural light and plenty of space to spread out and relax as you prepare for your wedding
Private use of newly created vintage Airstream lounge from 1:00 PM to the end of the reception—great, relaxed spot for the rest of the wedding party to socialize before the wedding!

No charge for guests under the age of 5

In the Peak Season, there is a 100 guest minimum for Saturdays and a 75 guest minimum for Fridays and Sundays
In the Off Season, there is a 75 guest minimum for Saturdays and a 50 guest minimum for Fridays and Sundays
